Hopefully someone may be able to prove me wrong but I don't think you can
actually change a 'username' as such. What you can do is to create a new
user, copy old users files, etc, to new user's directory, make a note of old
user's emial aliases, etc, delete old user and then add email aliases, etc
to new user.

It's not a very nice thing to have to do! I hope you find a more straight
forward method. :-)
