You could try the Cobalt "direct" number -- 800-526-0484.
There was also an email thread a while back (during the summer) that
mentioned an Andrea Deacon (andrea.deacon@xxxxxxx) with a telephone
number of 510-574-7459.
I have no idea if she's still at Sun or not, or if she would still be
responsible for the XTR exchanges, etc.
Another tact mentioned in a thread:

I don't know where you got yours, but that's the story I'd go with.
