Mark,
The site usage is a combination of all the users + admins files, including
email and logs etc. The frontpage issue means that 'if' they have used
frontpage at all, then any files uploaded using that software will be
duplicated inside the frontpage directories. So have a look in the fpage
dirs and see whats there.
The users allocation doesn't seem to take account of the real available
space for that user, just their allotted quota, so I would tend to trust the
overall site figures.
