I have a Cobalt RaQ 550 (I just upgraded from a RaQ4) and I was wondering if
there is a way to remove the mailing list name in the subject line.
It now puts a [support] or whatever the mailing list name is in the subject.
If anyone knows how to remove this, your expertise is greatly appreciated.

Look in /usr/local/majordomo/www.domain.com/lists/domain.config
There is a line in there called subject_prefix which should be blank
# subject_prefix [word] (undef) <resend>
# This word will be prefixed to the subject line, if it is not
# already in the subject. The text is expanded before being
used.

of
# the current list, $SENDER - the sender as taken from the from
