Most bizarre....all the files & directories were exactly as you show
above (as they are on other RaQ4's we have).....but the list_upgrades
script would not execute....copied the /var/lib/cobalt files to a temp
directory, then deleted the originals...copied them back...verified
permissions and executed list_upgrades. All is well now....as I said,
most bizarre. Thanks very much for the assistance......
