[cobalt-users] High load on Cobalt raq4

Hi

I have optimized our Apache server very recently. As
the load was going high , so after changing
few parameters in the httpd.conf , now the load is
quite moderate. But i am watching that under
certain condition within few seconds the load is going
too high, then the remedy is only i am
stopping the httpd process(as i saw that the no. of
processes are going to high under httpd). After
few mints when the load is under control, i am
starting the httpd service again. 

While checking the /var/log/messages file i found at
that moment the log is showing the type of
errors as follows:

Dec 30 09:09:18 server named[1201]: denied update from
[61.11.60.37].10739 for "
abc.com"
Dec 30 09:12:36 server named[1201]: denied update from
[61.11.60.37].10176 for "
abc.com"
Dec 30 09:12:41 server named[1201]: denied update from
[61.11.60.37].10176 for "
abc.com"
Dec 30 09:12:51 server named[1201]: denied update from
[61.11.60.37].10298 for "
abc.com"
Dec 30 09:12:56 server named[1201]: denied update from
[61.11.60.37].10298 for "
abc.com"

2/3 days back the similar incident happened, and the
errors that time also showing the same as 
above.
Can anyone help me out? How can i control our server
load from this type of login which is
creating more load on our server?
