Hello Everyone,
Here is the background:

We just finished migrating around 50 web sites from
a Cobalt RaQ4r within our office to another one of
our Cobalt RaQ4r's located at the Atlanta InterNap
Data Center.
We haven't had any problems reported with any
accounts.....except one.

Here are the steps we followed:
1.) We added the virtual site to the new server.
2.) We created all user accounts and forwarding
and aliases and vacations messages required.
3.) We .tar'ed the /web & /users directories on
the original server and transferred the file
to the new server.
4.) We un .tar'ed the file overtop of the /web
and /users folders on the new server.
5.) We changed the group associations on the
new server to match the correct site number.

We have done that on around 50 sites and it worked
for all but this one.....
The domain in question has given us some VERY creepy
issues that are hard to track down.
First of all, the VS (virtual site) has 9 accounts
set-up within it.
We set them up to be an exact match on both servers
without a problem. Then, 24 hours later.....
Here's the creepy part....
24 hours later, the accounts were all mixed up!!
Example:
Original Entries:
- Full Name: Kevin
- User name: kevin
- Password: example1
- Full Name: Arnold
- User name: arnold
- Password: example2
THEN, 24 hours later, the entries appeared
as so:
- Full Name: Arnold
- User name: kevin
- Password: (no working password)
- Full Name: Kevin
- User name: arnold
- Password: (no working password)
In addition to that, we had set-up a single account
to forward mail to another account.
Today (48 hours later), we were asked to remove the
forwarding. We removed it in the GUI, but the e-mail
still continues to forward to the account it was before.
So.......any ideas on where to look? What would make
some accounts switch the "Full Name" field between
themselves??? The forwarding problem??
