RE: [cobalt-users] Openssh from pkgmaster and solarspeed



What username you are using to login admin or root for both.  It might be the 
sshd_config in one package only allowing admin access the su - to root.

You can also check your /var/log/auth and /var/log/messages for the errors.  
Also when you install the package through GUI, the sshd might have been off 
and needed restarting by rebooting the server if the periovous were removed 
before the installation.

Please post your logs error messages here to help identify the problem.
