Just from seeing and experiencing the pain, bitterness and total havoc caused by not getting all of the documentation and/or software (both of which are crucial as far as I am concerned) - my advice is, if the seller does actually include the documentation and/or the software; do NOT buy the item in question from them.
I know that the ISO image for the Qube3 CD is downloadable from the web, but if the seller is unable to supply the most basic item such as a CD which is meant to be included with the Qube, it then raises the question: How much support or warantee or guarantee can he really give you? Not much in my experience....
But thats just me and my 2 cents worth......
