I understand that I can assign multiple IP's to one NIC...I've done that
allready... But what do I need to connect it all together?  Connection
from ISP-1 and connection from ISP-2 into the RAQ...and does it need any
special configuration to do this?

It's easy to connect the RaQ to two physical networks; you do NOT need
two physical interfaces; the RaQ will create virtual interfaces.

However whether this will work in the real world depends on a lot of
network issues, some of which you don't really control...

For example, we'll need a network guru to come on the list and tell us
if we can define a network for our outbound traffic.  If not, then will
your public see replies on network b for queries they made on network a?
What if they have a firewall in place?

As I said, doing it is fairly simple.  In fact we do it INSIDE our
network, for backups, etc., with a private non-routable network.  I have
no idea if it will work on the real Internet though; we'll need a
network guru to respond to that.

If we don't get an answer here perhaps we could ask on
"list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"; it's got some networking people on it.
