Plesk has somehow modified qmail to use the username and the password
together as the unique identifier. So as long as two users don't both
use the same password for the same username, it works fine, and
transparently.
However, occasionally you'll still see the problem, especially if one
client buys two domains and has the same usernames on both of them; they
often want the same password as well. They can have one or the other
the same, but not both.
