If you have an 850 MHz CPU, a 1 GHz Pentium III "Coppermine" should
just drop right in. Make sure you get the "OEM" version without an
attached fan or heatsink.
If you already have a 1 GHz CPU, I don't know if there's anything
faster that's compatible (bus speeds, etc, depend on the CPU speed or
something - IANA Hardware Guru so YMMV).
