I have a 3i that I upgraded to 4i OS and 500mhz, also a Qube3 that I put
the 500mhz cpu in, and a Raq3 that I put the 500mhz cpu in and loaded
the raq550 OS. For the 550 OS you need the version 2.9.x rom.
All 3 units have run flawlessly at 500mhz, which isn't really surprising
since the only thing changing is the CPU multiplier.
