Since, I read that document in detail before writing my original
query, I obviously need more assistant than an RTFM reply. (though I
have nothing against such replies and often find them helpful.)

While a reasonable comment, if you review that document, it does not
explain my problems. The only possible outcomes listed for the test is
success or failure. I get a page can not be found message. Also, being
on an XTR instead of a RaQ4, even though the instructions for the RaQ4
do look as though they good be for an XTR as far as the web face goes,
I suspect their is something else I have to do. There are no
references in it, to XTRs.
