[cobalt-users] Mailing list setup, RAQ4, howto remove www? (Newbie-ish!)

I have set up a mailing list.  Lets call it test@xxxxxxxxx

I can mail in and it returns postings but all the mail comes back with 
the Sender, Resent From and Return Path set to test@xxxxxxxxxxxx  (adds 
the www bit)

I am finding my way around the RAQ4 that I have slowly, but can't find 
out how to set things right...

Under email server it is set as www.site.com (otherwise NO mail gets 
through) and I can't get it to accept site.com there...
DNS settings  MX  site.com sent to site.com  (is this right?)
Site Admin, Site settings, email alias set to site.com

Anyone care to point me in the right direction...
