I did fix this acording to Brian N. Smith told us. All the .htaccess 
files that *John D. Gorena posted worked except the ones with
"require group groupname"


I checked /var/log/httpd/error and the errormessage was:
*[Thu Dec 19 14:56:15 2002] [crit] [client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] 
configuration error:  couldn't check access.  No groups file?: /test

Do anyone know what this means?
