If you're offering "unlimited aliases" or "x number of POP boxes" I'd
have an * in there qualifying that statement. I have all my customers
use mail.sample.com where sample.com is my domain and if asked I explain
the shared server has only one postmaster, me.
If mail they send bounces to postmaster, I simply forward it to the
customer.
