[cobalt-users] Username Already in use?!?

Hello cobalt-users,

  I am setting up users..... The server is telling me I cannot use
  this name because it is already in use.

  What gives?  It's the only domain on this IP, the name in question
  is on another IP.  Why is the server treating a dedicated domain/IP
  like a virtual Domain/IP?

  I can understand why several domains on the same IP cannot duplicate
  the username, but why not across different IPs?
