Before the OS5 Update I was running Bind with the RaQ34-Solarspeed.net-Bind 
Release 8.3.3-2 pkg, did the install and then checked it after someone else 
had problems with Bind being changed, thats when I noticed we had :-

[admin@ns admin]$ /usr/sbin/named -v
named 8.2.3-REL Tue Sep 18 12:35:18 PDT 2001
        root@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/home/redhat/BUILD/bind-8.2.3/src/bin/named

Went and grabbed the latest pkg from Solarspeed and installed:-

[admin@ns admin]$ /usr/sbin/named -v
named 8.3.4-REL Sun Nov 17 08:49:15 CET 2002
        root@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/home/toskalab/redhat/BUILD/bind-8.3.4/src/bin/named

So I would advise anyone with a RaQ3 to check which version of Bind they 
are now running after the OS Update
