[cobalt-users] Method to allow end users to set their own password?

Hello cobalt-users,

  I am moving several sites from one host to my dedicated RAQ4i.  It
  appears as though the current host will not provide me with the
  encrypted password file, so I am going to have to set each users
  password manually.  Is there a a way to have the end user go to an
  html page and input their new password?

  I want to avoid having to do it myself.......
