Manually delete the RPM, then try installing the PKG again. This is
somewhat risky in general since it could potentially delete programs
necessary to execute basic commands, but with binutils this should be safe
(YMMV). If it was something like fileutils (source of cp, mv, ls, rm, etc.)
I'd think twice or make sure these programs are installed elsewhere so
they're available should you need them. Another option is to delete the RPM
from the RPMS directory of the unpacked PKG file and recreate the PKG file
without that RPM (remove it from packing_list as well). If you run into
other errors repeat the process. If you don't care about the PKG file
showing in the installed PKG list then just install (force if you have to)
all the RPMs manually, any scripts and commands in upgrade_me.
