[cobalt-users] Odd error message

My raq4 has had some very odd entries in the error log. Below is an entry
that has been repeated variously for the past week:

What in the heck sort of error is that? Is it a symptom of someone accessing
my system in an unusual manner?

I just started using curl as part of credit card authorization and this
error may be linked to that.
