ps -aux

will show users.  

Your process list looks pretty normal though...

A bunch of normal system background stuff,

DNS server processes,

>   933 ?        S      0:00 paflogd

Port scan detection,

Then a whole bunch of Apache processes and corresponding Java server 
and Chili!soft processes, and some sendmail... nothing out of the 
ordinary, IMO.
