You'll have to ask your vendor whether or not the SolarSpeed packages
will process email being relayed to another server.
Relaying itself is easy; see the discussion of "mailertable" at
"http://www.sendmail.org/faq/section4.html#4.14".
If it were me doing it, I'd make using a different POP server part of
the package; i.e., for unfiltered clients, I'd have them use
mail.domain.com, and for filtered clients I'd have them use
filtered.domain.com.
Turn it into a feature <smile>.
