It's late at night, but I just ran this on a RaQ4 I have here at the
house... it's not up-to-date, so some of these may not be the same as on
current RaQs, and I might have not looked properly for some of these by
name, but anyway...

<snip>
 [admin admin]$ rpm -q apache
 apache-1.3.20-RaQ4_1C1
 [admin admin]$ rpm -q php
 php-4.0.3pl1-C1r4
 [admin admin]$ rpm -q gd
 gd-1.3-5
 [admin admin]$ rpm -q mcrypt
 package mcrypt is not installed
 [admin admin]$ rpm -q mhash
 package mhash is not installed
 [admin admin]$ rpm -q apache-openssl
 apache-openssl-1.3.20-RaQ4_1C1
 [admin admin]$ rpm -q bcmath
 package bcmath is not installed
 [admin admin]$ rpm -q openssh
 openssh-3.0.2p1-1
 [admin admin]$
</snip>

He's never going to be satisfied on the RaQ. If you start trying to
please him on a RaQ, you'll spend a lot of time (and perhaps money) and
have a system that can no longer be maintained using Sun Cobalt
packages.

He really needs his own server. You can rent him a server in the us$100
range. It'll be quicker than a shared server, and can be setup
according to his own specifications.

Contact me offlist for further information if you'd like.
