Yes you are correct I'm referring to a message forum. Sorry I guess I
should have stated it more clearly.
I've looked around but haven't found any yet that have the polished look and
feel I'm looking for. Am hoping someone in the forum could suggest a good
one.

Are you talking about the old BBS system where users dial-in via modem to
the server? That is close to impossible.
Perhaps you may mean a message forum? If so, there are tons out there. I
don't know of any pkg's but they are easy enough to set up.
