Do you have chilisoft 6.2 installed? If not get it and install it
else
edit /etc/httpd/conf/srm.conf
  comment out chilisoft
## Chili!Soft ASP installer
#####AddHandler chiliasp .asp
#####AddHandler chiliasp .asa

edit /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
#-------------------------------------------------- Chili!Soft ASP
# LoadModule casp2_module       /etc/httpd/modules/mod_casp2.so
#-------------------------------------------------- Chili!Soft ASP


then do a /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start

this should get httpd (apache) running
