You can add an entry to your PC's HOSTS file to point a domain to an IP
before DNS has propogated. This will only work on the client machine you
edit the HOSTS file on.
Win 95/98/Me: c:\windows\hosts
Win NT/2000/XP: c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts or
c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Linux: /etc/hosts
