Older RaQ models had that problem, but changes shouldn't be overwritten on
the RaQ4. They aren't overwritten on my RaQ4. But if they do (easy enough
to test right now) use an Apache include directive if your changes get
overwritten or handle globally in srm.conf if that's feasible.
