Get the rpm file onto the RaQ, become root on the RaQ, and do like you
would on any other Linux box:
rpm -ivh filename.rpm
Be aware that if you install a .src.rpm, you'll need to actually build
it into an installable RPM file first (a .src.rpm just puts source
code and some build files in place on your server).
If you can find a pre-built file (anteil-1.1.1-1.i386.rpm) you might
be better off if you're not too sure what you're doing.
Also be aware that some RPM files have prerequisites (dependencies)
which must be installed first. The install will tell you though.
