Amazingly this post was so large that when I tried to respond to it I
had to delete most of it before Netscape would let me respond.  Let's
try to keep our posts trimmed, folks.

Try FormMail.pl version 1.9s, which is either available from the monkeys
site Dan already mentioned, or via anonymous ftp from ftp.nobaloney.net.

Whichever site you get it from, you do have to learn how to use it; it's
NOT the same as the original.  We've got two readme files available for
it; be sure to read both.
