Open 'openwebmail', open 'User Preference', open 'Edit Personal Email Addresses', add email address you want i.e. 'user@xxxxxxxxxx' and 'Real Name', click 'Back to User preferences', then select 'From:' field and select 'user@xxxxxxxxxx', 'Save' and thats it...
