I've done this to numerous RaQ3/4's in that last couple months.

Is it safe/Can you break the RaQ? Yes to both. ;) If you follow the steps
properly, it will work and you will have a backup of your current/working
ROM to replace in case a problem is detected. Worst case scenerio, you end
up with a RaQ unit that has no ROM and can therefore not boot. There are
risks, but the pay off is well worth them. ;)

FTP to ftp://ftp-eng.cobalt.com/pub/users/thockin and begin by looking at
the 00_README file. That will give you a place to start. There are actually
only about three steps to the entire process, but be sure you read through
all of Tim's material before you proceed.

Any more questions, drop them here and I'm sure they'll get answered.
