That's *exactly* the purpose behind forming this coalition - develop a
dialog that *all* ISP's will listen to....

I don't mind blocking IP's from which UCE originates - but sooner or
later I can see that blocking will become futile - one can't possibly
hope to block *every single* IP that originates spam....it is past time
for all of us - the so-called world wide internet community - to
approach the issue of spam and email viruses and to find a suitable
solution to end this scourge......or shall we all be confined tmind
set#34;reactive mindset" - wait until something happens to do anything
about it?

Let's be proactive, fellow webhosters....before our governments become
reactive. Because if *we* don't do something about it, *they* will.
