And the same goes for Spam that they let through...

I've read in the past (I THINK it was Internet World) that most of the
big ISP's have absolutely NO interest in curtailing spam and it listed
some of the BIGGEST abusers and it was a who's who of BIG ISP's. Think
about it - who better to stop this before it EVER got anywhere but the
big ISP's that carry the brunt of the traffic. I agree I would hate to
see it come to government intervention. I'm not sure what it would take
for the self-policing to happen with these guys. Sad...
