I just tried installing from the Command line using
/usr/local/sbin/cobalt_upgrade filename.pkg and it installed the
upgrade just fine and listed it on the GUI install screen.
I also grabbed another copy of install.cgi off of another raq4 and
replaced it with the one on the problem server. Its still will not
install pkg files from the GUI screen. It does not even complain when
you try to install something that is already installed.
If anybody knows what to do about this please let me know.
