I do whenever needed, it should show up in the GUI with the changes you
made. And you can make these changes in the GUI if you'd rather. The
local-host-names file is represented by Host/Domain Aliases in the Email
Parameters of the Control Panel and the access file is the Relay...
field above that. However, sometimes I've noticed that I can put a
domain in the Host/Domain Aliases field without the host, 'www' for
instance, and it not show up in the GUI, but adds it to the file.
