Did you create the zone file yourself? I don't have a RaQ550, but
RaQ4's. Any fully qualified domain names need to end with a period ".".
Try adding the period to the end of raq550.domain1.com in your mx
record. Also, be sure both raq550.domain1.com and domain1.com are in
your /etc/mail/local-host-names file. And, of course, that domain1.com
in in your /etc/mail/access file.
