It means that if anyone needed a PHP solution for the RaQ3 and didn't
feel comfortable installing it him/herself from source, s/he wouldn't
have known there was one.

Thom, I'm certainly willing, as you well know, to abide by your rules on
your lists. But here I simply consider them your opinions.
I appear to be abiding by the last set of official rules published on
this list, to which Dan has kindly provided a link.
Based on the fact that I made no posts indicating I offered any
commercial services for about six weeks, and then answered a direct
request for information on a package with information that yes, a
package was available, but it was a commercial package, and based on the
fact that you then decided to argue publicly that I was a spammer and
shouldn't have told anyone there was a package available, that you're
overly sensitive. For some reason, which I can't figure out, you don't
want anyone to know of any solutions unless they're free. In one of
your own posts you submit that users should pay for their solutions,
but perhaps you mean all users except those who use Cobalt RaQs and read
cobalt-users.
I submit that people who buy appliances are often willing to learn
about commercial packages. I submit that a true user community isn't
afraid to mention those commercial packages if they're a reasonable
solution.
