There never was a Sun Cobalt PHP package for the RaQ3.  Nor is there one
from pkgmaster.com.

We have a commercial installation of PHP + MySQL available for the RaQ3;
it's the SolarSpeed package, and it can be purchased from either us or
directly from Michael Stauber.  Our price, installed, is us$125; we can
install it within one business day of your order.  Please let me know

Cool, a bidding war! :)  I will do it for $50 USD.  Wow, half price :)

But, I like Gerald's option better.  More stable [the os is].  Plus
you get the newer ASP.  Does the Raq3 have it?  (no need to respond to
that one).
