I've not tried to make a custom OSRCD for a Qube3, but I do rename all the
updates/patches and they still install ok.
I rename them for 2 reasons;
1. MacOS compatibility (i.e. filenames < 32 characters)
2. Add a numerical prefix so I know the installation order.
At last count I believe there were 26 updates available for the Qube3. Only
16 - 26 are applicable to the Qube3+
Perhaps the installer you refer to is whats on the OSRCD and not whats on a
running Qube3.
Cheers, Malcolm
