On A RAQ4
Log into the Server Management Screen
Click add virtual site button.
Add a ip address for that domain.. (keeping in mind ssl and extra ftp's that
might use this ip now or later.)
add the domain's host name usually www
add the domain name with-out the www hostname (this now uses www and no www)
Your question's answer is yes by the way...
add the Email Server Aliases for that domain or none.
add the Max. Allowed Disk Space (MB)
add the Maximum Number of Users
add the Enable FrontPage Server Extensions (only if requested) Risky!
add the Enable Anonymous FTP if on its own ip. very Risky!

Select control panel button (main menu)
Domain Name System (DNS) Server click link Parameters...

Select from right drop down menu Add...
Address A Record

Address Record Entry
Hostname:: www
Domain name:: thedomainname
IP Address:: same as used above
Check the Automatic Reverse Address Record Generation check box.
Press update list button.

Add select from right drop down menu Add...
NOW DO THIS AGAIN WITHOUT THE HOSTNAME AND reverse CHECK BOX FILLED.
Press the update list button AGAIN.. (this now uses www and no www)

Select from right drop down menu (again) Add...
Mail server MX record

Host Name (blank for now) (some accounts)
Domain Name without www
Mail Server Name (blank usually)
Delivery Precedence (high)
Press update list button.
Press save changes to DNS server button.

You will need to add a user to the virtual site. But thats another question.
