You make DNS Records for both along with the reverse and mail. Like::
Start of Authority (SOA) Configuration
domain.com ==> 123.123.123.123
www.domain.com ==> 123.123.123.123
123.123.123.123/24 ==> www.domain.com
domain.com mail is sent to the High priority mail server www.domain.com
Then save the changes to DNS server when done.
