The damage is done, but though Paul used the term "content management" he
was really referring to a browser based site design tool, not CMS like the
programs that several people have mentioned. Site Studio, Trellix and other
comparable programs are tools for quickly building a website with little/no
technical expertise required (you don't need to know HTML). CMS is a
different beast entirely and may meet Paul's needs, but it's not the same
thing. In case I've managed to confuse you, here's the page for Site Studio

PostNuke, TYPO3 and others you'll see they're really quite different.
