depends what you are trying to do ... there is a big difference between
simple Site Wizards & a real CMF.

As for companies finding it to complex for their users ... this just means
that they did not set it up correctly (limited access for users so they only
get what they need) ... also, with the newer version, there are tools like
Site Wizards which help simpler users interact with it.

It should not be underestimated as a CM/F tool .. but it is true, to set it
up, define templates .. etc.  does require a certain understanding about
Content Management & Publishing in General.

As for getting bored ... well ... no comment.
