Bob, any chance one of the local users for list1 is either the address for
list2 or is forwarded to list2 through either a .forward file for the user
or a forward in the GUI which would appear in /etc/mail/aliases?  If not,
please provide the actual list names (do both lists have the same name?) and
subscriber lists for us to look at.  If the list config file for list1 was
edited manually or aliases (aliases.majordomo most likely) or virtusertable
were edited manually this behavior can be created so those are possibilities
too.  You may want to post the relevant lines from aliases.majordomo and
virtusertable too.
