Yes, but you have to instruct the server to do so.  On newer model RaQs
(RaQ4+, maybe even RaQ3), you can login to the GUI for domain1.com and add
domain2.com as an email server alias in the Site Settings section.  This
would add the following to virtusertable:

@domain2.com      %1@xxxxxxxxxxx

If your server doesn't support that through the GUI or you want to do it
manually add that line to virtusertable, then do:

makemap hash virtusertable.db < virtusertable

from the directory where the above 2 files are located.
