There should only be 1 PTR record per IP. In other words, many hosts can
exist on the same IP address (A records), but each IP address should in turn
only point to one and only one hostname. It doesn't matter which, but it's
best if it's a hostname which resolves to the IP via an A record so pick one
of the above and keep that PTR record, but remove the reverse DNS for the
other 5 records. I don't know if that's the cause of your problem with
Microsoft (might be), but it's broken behavior and should be fixed.
