They're available via FTP. ftp://ftp.cobalt.sun.com/pub/iso/ Read
README.txt to find the best ISO for your system.

RaQ2 runs mips architecture. It was the last RaQ to use that architecture
so you cannot install an ISO from a later generation RaQ which are x86
based. You could install the RaQ1, Qube1, or Qube2 ISO, though I doubt
you'd want to.

There's a mailing list for those interested in running Debian on a Cobalt
mips machine. See http://devel.alal.com/mailman/listinfo/cobalt-22. Doing
so isn't trivial. And webmin can be run on a RaQ2, though it's important to
understand that it's not 100% compatible with Cobalt's modified RedHat so
there are modules that are probably best not to touch. Or at least there
were when I played with it on a RaQ2 for a while somewhere between 2 or 3
years ago.
