You'll need a procmail rule with the flag that examines the body instead of
the headers (don't recall what it is off-hand).  This is covered in most of
the procmail tutorials online.  Also, you can take a look at SpamBouncer
http://www.spambouncer.org/ since they have implemented numerous procmail
rules which match body text for particular strings found in a lot of spam.
Just download the source and open it - it's fairly straightforward.
